Lauren Conrad stopped for lunch at Tart restaurant in L.A., across the street from the Farmer’s Market. She looked every bit the glamorous starlet in skinny jeans, sky-high heels, loose top and of course, the huge bag and shades.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are so used to being treated like royalty in LA, they expected the same kind of treatment while doing promos in New York for 'The Hills' wrap party. Fortunately, New Yorkers
know better than that.
After the wrap party the entire cast went over to NYC Hotspot Butter. Lauren Conrad and the crew arrived first and were quickly escorted to their table. But when Speidi arrived, they were flat out denied entrance. "They were not allowed in," a spy told Page Six.
"Heidi starting crying and making a scene at the rope and eventually gets let in. Butter didn't even want them there. They are such jokes," the source added.
Heidi was apparently in such a bad mood after being denied that they only stayed for an hour. Let's get a trend going, if you're an NYC club promoter, you should just start denying them for the fun of it. It's sad that they really do get treated like royalty here in LA. But then again, so do most reality show stars.

One of the girls who survived Lane Garrison's drug and booze fueled crash is demanding the former "Prison Break" star pay her parents for nursing her back to health.
In the lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Michelle Ohana claims Garrison needs to fork over more than $25,000 for wage loss, medical bills, and the "reasonable value of home nursing care gratuitously furnished by Robin Ohana and Asher Ohana."
Ohana claims Garrison, who is currently sitting behind bars, "demonstrated a conscious and deliberate disregard for the rights, safety, and interests of others by voluntarily commencing, and thereafter continuing, to consume alcoholic beverages to the point of intoxication, knowing from the outset that he must thereafter operate a motor vehicle."
Ohana, who was 15 at the time of the crash, was injured so badly, she spent the following 2 months in a wheelchair.
Garrison was sentenced to 40 months in the slammer for killing 17-year-old Vahagn Setian when the actor got hammered on vodka and coke and crashed an SUV into a tree in Beverly Hills two years ago.

Add "parent" to her active resume: Actress Busy Philipps and her screenwriter husband, Marc Silverstein, have welcomed a baby girl, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.
Birdie Leigh Silverstein was born Wednesday and weighed in at 9 lbs., 7 oz. She was 21 ½ inches long.
Philipps, 29, who taped episodes of The Sarah Connor Chronicles while in her third trimester, told PEOPLE that she loved being pregnant – and the perks that came along with it.
"I wanted strawberry milkshakes like nobody's business," said the former Dawson's Creek actress in April, adding that she planned to work hard to lose the weight after the baby was born.
"I'll make it happen," she said. "I'm not just gonna say it all fell off from breastfeeding!"
